No Goodbyes
We first met Gaetan 8 years ago because of work. At the very beginning of our business relationship, very soon we realized that we had the same core values and work ethic. This was the start of a beautiful business and personal relationship. Gaetan would visit us and share stories of his childhood. his life, his love for his family and his struggles. We shared our stories which were very similar to his. There were so many commonalities in the stories of our lives and we came to have a special bond. He valued our ideas and we valued his.
We were always amazed with everything about him, his passion for business, his ideals, his humor, his energy as you all know. He always inspired us. We loved his enthusiasm. During the summer months when he was in Timmins, my husband would take every opportunity to visit him at the truck stop just to spend time with him.
We got to see him twice the last couple of weeks. It is so unfair. This is a personal loss to us. We miss him so much. There are NO words in my head to describe how we feel. There are only a lot of emotions. Thank you Gaetan for your friendship. You were a partner, supporter, mentor, friend, hope, you were the REAL DEAL. Our hearts ache for your family. Hope you all are surrounded with your loved ones and find comfort in each other.
And Gaetan, you will live in our hearts forever. Everything we will do in life, will ALWAYS carry your influence. There is no good bye dearest Gaetan, until we meet again.
