Obituary for
Frank Yuskow
The family announces his sudden passing at Extendicare Timmins on Monday, August 27, 2018 , at the age of 85.
Predeceased by his beloved wife Bruna (nee Bagnariol) in 1999.
Loving father of Paula Vien (Claude), Laura Yuskow and Michael Yuskow (Mindy), all of Timmins.
Dear grandfather of Deanna Vien, Philip Vien, Brady Wilson and Jakob Yuskow.
He is survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Predeceased by his parents Michael and Catherine Yuskow, and by his siblings Walter, Andy, Mary and Anne.
Frank graduated from TH&VS in 1950. He spent 53 years of his working career at Chenier Motors in Timmins.
Frank spent many hours giving back to his community through various fundraising groups. He will be remembered as a Bingo Caller for the O'Gorman Foundation Fundraisers, he raised funds through sausage fundraisers for the Holy Name Society, he was the Past-President of the Moose Hall, was a member of the Polish Hall and the Dante Club. Frank also loved bowling and keeping himself busy with bus trips and visits to the casino's. He also loved cooking, pickling and picking mushrooms. His cultural heritage was very important. Frank loved spending time with his family and friends.
Funeral service will be held at Sacred Heart Church on Friday, August 31, 2018 at 2 pm.
Interment will follow at the Timmins Memorial Cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, August 30 from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm at
