Obituary for Robert Lapointe
It is with heavy hearts that the family announces his passing at home with his family by his side on Thursday December 7, 2017 at the age of 70. Beloved husband of Jeannie Johnston. Devoted father of Alain Lapointe (Melaine Caza) and Lynn Dubien (André). Dear stepfather of Jessica Collins (Pete) and Jennifer Collins (Grant). Cherished grandfather of Cameron, Bailey and Madison Lapointe, Kimberly and Bailey Fleury, Alexandre, Mathieu, Zavier, Justin and Zoéanne Dubien, Ethan and Karter Séguin, Noah Collins and Sherya Hartleib. Loving brother of Jeannine Dillon (late Edmond), Marguerite Dillon (Vince), Aline Chitaroni (late Ron), Colette Campeau (Gérard), Alice Callewaert (Sim), Denise Baril (Louis), Jean-Guy Lapointe (Thérèsa) and Réjeanne Camiré (François). Survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by his parents Marjorique and Cécile Lapointe and by his sister Jeanne d’Arc. The family would like to thank Marnie Chisholm and nurse Amy for all their care and compassion during this difficult time. Funeral service will be held at 11 am on Tuesday December 12 in the Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends on Monday December 11 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at
