1994 – 2017
It is with heavy hearts that the family announces her passing at the Timmins and District Hospital on Sunday October 29, 2017 at the age of 23. Cherished daughter of George Matthews and Gloria Wesley.
Loving sister of Lambert Wesley, Jonathan Matthews, Alexandra Mack, Jericho Mack, Celene Mack and Sundance Mack-Matthews. Dear aunt of Alara, Avalannah, Arizona, Bella, Lilah, Essence and Caleb. Survived by her grandmothers Mary Wesley and Hannah Matthews. She will be sadly missed by numerous uncles, aunts and cousins. Pre-deceased by her grandfathers Albert Wesley and Ralph Matthews. Kaitlyn was a wonderful young lady with a kind soul. She was spontaneous, loved to laugh and lived life to the fullest. Kaitlyn will be missed by all for her story telling and funny jokes. Visitations will be held for family and friends in Moosonee on Thursday November 2, 2017 from 7-9 pm. Funeral Service will be held at 11 am on Friday November 3 at St. Thomas Church in Moosonee. Interment will follow in Moose Factory.
