Please accept our sincerest condolences on the tragic loss of Norm. I saw him yesterday coming off the elevator but little did I know it would be the last time I would encounter this kind, gentle & classy gentleman ... He always greeted us & Tyson with his charming smile & was forever pleasant ... he will leave a huge void in our building to be sure ... We are so much richer for having known him & we will forever cherish his memory ... Please know we are here for you Gloria ... you are in our thoughts and in our prayers ... sleep well Norm and may you rest in peace our friend
