Obituary for Chuck Arlauskis
In loving memory of Chuck Arlauskis who passed away suddenly at his home with Grace and Chelsey by his side on Monday morning, January 16th, 2017 at the age of 64. Beloved husband of Grace (Hadley) Arlauskis for 43 years. Loving father of Lisa Cormier (James) and Ericka Arlauskis (John Cormier) both of Timmins. Cherished grandfather of Joshua, Skyler, Chelsey, Isaac and Bowen. Predeceased by his parents Felix and Leona (Potts) Arlauskis. An engineer, Chuck worked for Vale as a Superintendent of the Oxygen Plant. He was the happiest when he was surrounded by his family. He will be missed by his many coworkers both in Sudbury and Northern Ontario. Chuck leaves a rich legacy of love, commitment and hard work.
Resting at the Lougheed Funeral Home, Hanmer/Capreol Chapel, 4605 Michelle Drive, Hanmer where friends may call from 2-4 & 6-8pm Wednesday.Visitation in Timmins will be held on Friday from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm at the Lessard-Stephens Funeral Home, 21 Elm Street South, Timmins on Friday, January 20th, 2017 with a service at 11 am in the chapel Saturday.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
