Condolence: Della!
How sorry I am to read of Mr. Draper's passing. I could never call him Frank as he was my first School Principal back in 1967 at Jumbo Gardens School. He always called me Miss Barr for some reason which I found funny. I didn't hear him do that with any other students. I have fond memories of our trip to TO, music festival wins with the school choirs, him teaching us to memorize poetry, first aid classes and the list goes on. I remember our Grade 8 class sending you roses when you were in the hospital in Thunder Bay. He was very taken back that we would do that. Even in the last 10 years when I would see him, he would remember me and we would chat about the "good old days". Please accept my condolences and prayers as you grieve his passing. May you find God's presence very near to you at this time. Karen Barr Wood.
