The family announces with great sorrow her death on Saturday, August 11, 2018 at the Timmins and District Hospital Hospice, at the age of 82. Survived by her loving husband John Payette. Beloved mother of Tom (Sharon) Jones, Ken (Jody) Jones, Randy (Carole) Jones and Casey (Josee Lefebvre) Jones. Loving step-mother of Peter (Carol) Payette and Terryl-Lee Payette. She is also survived by her grandchildren Trina (Claude) Duguay, Jennah (Edward) Camilleri, Marissa Boisvert, Cody (Patricia) Jones, Louise Jones, Douglas Jones, Brittany-Leigh Sanford, Avery (Chris) Grant and Toni Lefebvre Mick, her step-grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and her Jones family and Payette family in-laws. Dear sister of Donna (Bob) Hinkkuri and Jared (Vivian) Ethier. Predeceased by her parents Stanislas and Florence Ethier, her sisters Glenna and Florence (late Armand) Moreau, her brother Stan (late Alice) Ethier and her first husband Doug Jones. The family wishes to thank Dr. Schwertfeger and tho hospice team for their wonderful care and support.
The family will receive friends on Friday August 17, 2018 from 10:30 am - 11:30 am at the Sacred Heart Church. The funeral service will start at 11:30 am. Interment will take place at the Timmins Memorial Cemetery. Remembrance donations made to the Canadian Cancer Society will be greatly appreciated.
