The family announces with great sorrow his death on Sunday August 5, 2018 at the Timmins and District Hospital at the age of 55 years. Loving partner to Brenda Kyle, beloved father to Kyle Maheu (Nat) and Kayla Maheu, dear grandfather to 3 grandchildren; cherished son to late Walter Maheu (2000) and Réjeanne Maheu and beloved brother to Lyne Maheu, Yvan Maheu, Sylvie Picotte (Richard) and Michel Maheu (Cindy). Also survived by his parents-in-law Ivy Kyle (late Howard), his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law Linda Cochrane, Charlene Pontello (Brian), Donna Blood (John), Janice Funk (Bryan), Lesley Kyle (Tracy) and late Howie Kyle and many nieces and nephews. The family wishes to thank Dr. Miron and Marnie Chisholm for their continuous care and support. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held on Friday August 10, 2018 at 11am in the funeral home chapel. A reception will follow at Lessard-Stephens Reception Centre.
