The family announces with sorrow her passing at the Timmins and District Hospital on Friday, June 29, 2018, at the age of 74.
Beloved wife of Wayne Villeneuve of Schumacher.
Loving mother of Suzanne Schraeder (Kevin) of Kirkland Lake, Marcel Desjardins (Debbie) of Kirkland Lake, Joanne Desjardins (Darryl MacWilliams) of Schumacher,
Lise Rozich (Peter) of Virginiatown, Albert Desjardins Jr. (Casey) of Schumacher, and step-mother of Laurie Mangeau (Dan) of Timmins and Gilles Villeneuve (Barb) of South Porcupine.
Cherished grandmother of 22 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
Predeceased by her first husband Albert Desjardins Sr., by her mother Rita (née Perrier) and her father Philippe Pépin.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 5, 2018 at 1 pm at St. Anthony’s Cathedral.
A reception will follow in the church hall.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, July 4, 2018 from 7-9 pm at
Lessard-Stephens Funeral Home 705-268-4488.
