David was born, raised and lived in Timmins. Son of Mee Sheung Fong and of the late Jerry Fong, He is survived by his loving wife Cindy and their children Melissa (Christopher Baugh), Heather (Kevin Dagenais) and Michael; predeceased by precious baby (1992). Dear grandfather of Elijah and Liliana Baugh.

He will be dearly missed by his mother-in-law Gisele Vincze (late Sandor Vincze); his sisters Pearl (Don West) and Helen (Costa Dariotis); his brother Peter (Chris); predeceased by his older brother William (1961). Also survived by his in-laws Teena (Glenn Simpson), Sandor Jr., Randy (Debra), Shawn (Pam), and Greg (Tanya).

David lived life to its fullest. Besides family, he enjoyed badminton, cross country running, track and field, weightlifting, martial arts, camping, travelling, and getting his hands on every latest electronic gadget. He was an active member of the Kamiskotia Ski Patrol for almost 30 years. He found his passion for photography and was proud to be an accredited member of the PPOC as a “Wedding Story Photographer”. He had a special gift for capturing all of our special moments. David was also an active member of Grace Bible Chapel and we take comfort knowing that he is now with the Lord.
