Obituary for André Gauthier
GAUTHIER, André “Andy”
Passed away peacefully at the Timmins and District Hospital on Sunday October 22, 2017 at the age of 73. Loving father of Michel of Timmins. Predeceased by his siblings Angelina Massicotte, Rita Bisson, Léona Gauthier, Anita Dumouchel, Fernand (Joe) and Pauline. Andy will be missed by his sisters Aline Clément of Hamilton and Marie-Rose Balliu of Timmins; dear friend and caregiver Yollande Gendreau who has been by his side for many years. He will also be missed by many nieces and nephews. Special thank you to Dr. L.eslie Griffiths, Dr. Taylor Lamarche and nurse Chrissy Barbuto from the hospice. Memorial service will be held at 11 am on Thursday October 26 in the funeral home chapel. Interment at the Tisdale Cemetery. A luncheon will follow in the Lessard-Stephens Reception Centre. The family will receive friends on Thursday October 26 from 10 – 11 am at LESSARD-STEPHENS Funeral Home.
Remembrance donations made to ALS Society of Canada or to the St. Anthony’s Renovation Fund would be appreciated.
