Condolence: Deepest sympathy to Shirley and family. Bob's wit (east coast humour!)and smile will be missed. I first met Bob on a field trip that ended on the shores of Lake Nipigon--he felt he was home on the big sea that day! Great geologist who volunteered with tremendous dedication to the Porcupine Prospectors Association, including the numerous 100 year events!

Condolence: To the Calhoun family: We were greatly surprised and saddened to learn of Bob's passing. I fondly recall working with Bob during his years with Noranda Exploration at Hemlo, admiring and appreciating his skills as a geologist and his patience travelling back and forth from Hemlo to Timmins for such a long period without losing his enthusiasm and drive. We will all miss him.

Condolence: Dear Shirley and Family,
I was very sad to hear the news of Bob's passing. I was his colleague for the last 6 years and leaned heavily on him for friendship and support when I recently took on the same role that he was doing. I had many good experiences with him and have such great memories of laughing with him. I'm proud to say he was my friend and want you to know how much we all liked having him in our lives. My deepest condolences.
