Condolence: Dear Heather and Andre, I am so sorry to hear about your mom's death. She was always such a vibrant person. I met her first at her work for Air Canada when she helped me book my flights overseas and welcomed her for many years as my tax client. I will truly miss her. Your children were her joy and she never tired in telling me stories about them. I hope your memories of her will give you comfort and help you to heal.
