La famille annonce avec grande tristesse son décès le dimanche 9 juillet 2017 à l’Hôpital de Timmins et du district à l’âge de 67 ans. Elle laisse dans le deuil son cher époux Jean-Guy Demers, ses fils adorés Richard (Annie) Demers et Pierre Demers, ses petits-enfants Nicholas et Dyllan, et son arrière-petite-fille Payton. Chère sœur d’Aurel Carrière (Pauline), Roland Carrière (Lucille), Madeleine Chartrand (Rhéal) et Fernand Carrière (Noëlla). Elle laisse aussi dans le deuil sa belle-mère Bernadette Demers, ses beaux-frères et ses belles-sœurs André Demers (Patricia), Charles Demers (Lise), Yvon Demers (Barbara), Murielle Piché (André), Diane Demers (Luc) et Joanne Caron (Richard), ainsi que plusieurs nièces et neveux. Elle fut prédécédée par ses parents Eugene et Cécile Carrière, et ses frères Raymond et Henri Carrière. La famille désire remercier les médecins et l’équipe d’infirmières à l’Hôpital de Timmins et du district pour leurs professionnalisme, leurs excellents soins et leur compassion.
La messe des funérailles aura lieu le jeudi 13 juillet 2017 à 11h30 à la paroisse Notre-dame-de-la-paix. Inhumation des cendres au Cimetière Mémorial de Timmins ainsi qu’une réception dans la salle Lessard-Stephens suivront. La famille recevra les condoléances jeudi de 10h à11h à la

Predeceased by her parents Eugene and Cécile Carrière and by her brothers Raymond and Henri Carrière.
