1962 - 2017
It is with true sadness the Gibson family announces the passing of Darryl on Thesday May 23rd, 2017 at the Timmins and District Hospital at the age of 55 years.. He leaves behind his father John Gibson, his daughter Tamara Gibson, son D.J. Gibson and granddaughter Chanel Gibson all from Timmins. Also his sisters Linda Graham (Vern) from Nova Scotia, Judy Ranta from Kitchener, Cheryl Barr from Evergreen,Colorado and his brother Jeff Gibson from Edmonton. He is predeceased by his brother Donald Gibson, his mother Doris Gibson and his brother-in-law Eric Ranta. The family would like to send a big thank you to all who took care of Darryl in the Critical Care Unit. The family will receive friends and family on Tuesday, May 30th from 7pm to 9pm at Lessard- Stephens Funeral Home. (705-268-4488) Remembrance donations can be made to the Timmins and District Humane Society. Online condolences or donations can be made at www.lessardstephens.com
