1939-2015
Passed away peacefully on January 14, 2015 at Espanola General Hospital. Beloved Husband of Rosalie Naveau. Loving father of Elaine, Caroline (Brad Collar) & Cathy (Jon Hayes). Dear grandfather of Lesley-Anne Sago, Sarah Saganash, Max Piercey, Alex Stewart, Adina Gacki, Danielle Loughridge, Delsina Naveau, Marina Naveau, Breanne Naveau, Alyssa Naveau and great-grandfather of Enkil, Nikita, Kaylee, Markus, Hailey, Damon & Pixie. John was predeceased by his parents Sabian and Mary Naveau, his siblings Elizabeth, Theresa & grandson A.J. Stewart. He is survived by his siblings Rayno (Peggy), Agnes, Veronica (Edward), Gail, Carol (Richard) & Gary (Darlene). He will be fondly remembered by numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be held at the Mattagami First Nation Community Complex at 11 am on Saturday, January 17, 2015. Interment will follow at Mattagami First Nation Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday January 15 beginning at 6 pm at the Mattagami Community Complex. Funeral arrangements are in the care of
